Cliff Freeman has been in the Real Estate business for over thirty years, and started his own business Clifford Freeman & Associates in 2009. Known as a “trainer of trainers,” he also has over ten years of experience as a professional coach at places like Real Estate B School, National Association of Mortgage Brokers, and Collin County Community College. He started this show to explore the strategy and tactics that will set you apart as a newby or business owner in the Real Estate scene. Closer Look into Cliff's Notes with Johanna McDaniel
On May 16, 2019 Cliff talked to Johanna McDaniel, whom he met when she was relatively new to the Real Estate Industry and had only been selling homes for 6 months. Johanna decided to get her Real Estate licenses, when her husband was laid off from his job. When Johanna began her career she stepped into a declining market, in the middle of winter (slowest market time of year). She struggled to build a secure foundation. After three months a mutual friend connected her to Cliff, Johanna joined his team and had an active buyer within 48 hours.
Johanna elaborated on the amount of confidence Cliff instilled in her, which help her grow tremendously as a seller. Cliff believes in three core attributes to success in the Real Estate. 15% product knowledge, knowing the market which is Real Estate is the neighborhoods, school systems etc, 25% Sales skills, and 60% confidence.
The online system the Cliff Freeman Group uses to train Agents allowed Johanna to save time and money commuting back and forth from an office, which was important to her as a mother of two young children. She has not only been able to grow as a Real Estate agent, but the money she is making has taken the stress of her and her husband after a stressful six months.
