Deborah Hecker is a Captain for American Airlines, and Chief Pilot for American Airlines in Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport. She is actively leading and sponsoring Women in Leadership initiatives in Aviation across the airline industry and with American Airlines.

Deborah’s story is shaping not only AA with her passion, a focus on driving Women in Leadership, but also impacting women in roles outside of hers, as a Captain in the Flight Department.
