Dr. ‘Chip’ Fagadau has an eye for excellence and a commitment to providing stellar patient service! In fact, his mantra is to “treat every person as if they are in your family.”

As a prominent member of the Ophthalmology Community since 1983, Dr. Fagadau mentors his peers about the importance of soft skills in providing stellar customer service. It starts at the front desk and continues throughout the patient experience.

A man of integrity, Chip says his clinical attitude was built into his character during his early years of Medical School. Having studied in prestigious institutions including Yale University, Baylor University Medical Center, and Johns Hopkins Hospital, Dr. Fagadau vividly remembers the pivotal moment when his teacher taught him the importance of "straight talk" and how that would shape his work ethic.

In this episode Dr. Fagadau will share his expertise in optical health and explain which medical procedures are available to give eye opening and eye caring to our most prized possession – our vision.
