Then COVID hit. Overnight, the team had to pivot to remote care. That challenge revealed a bigger need: a smarter, stronger system that could work hand-in-hand with healthcare providers.

Girish responded by bringing in remote patient monitoring—an innovative tool introduced by Medicare in 2019—to ensure patients stayed connected and cared for, even from a distance.
